Please note that we are only able to change jewelry that comes from verified, APP approved manufacturers. If we are unable to verify the manufacturer, we are unable to change your piercing into outside jewelry. For a deeper look at why we operate this way, check out this article!

Is that post feeling awfully long? Pesky extra length getting to you? Time to Downsize!
We do not charge for the service of downsizing. The only cost incurred at a downsizing appointment is the cost of the post itself, which we offer at a 10% discount! We keep the cost of these appointments as low as we can in an effort to keep piercing maintenance as accessible as possible.

There is no cost for coming to look at our jewelry and seeing if anything suits your fancy. We are often asked if one needs an appointment just to look, and the truth is we are always happy to help you peruse! However, our appointments have to take priority, and the best way to make sure our staff can dedicate time to your questions (and maybe slip in a little jewelry change) is to book time that belongs entirely to you!

This appointment sets aside time for all your questions, whether they're about piercings you already have or piercings you are thinking about getting. Make sure to bring your ID to this appointment as well to ensure that our piercers can take a look at what you have in mind!
Appropriate ID is defined by the South Carolina Department of Health as "government issued photo ID." This means that as per state law, we are only allowed to accept Passports, Driver's Licenses, or State Issued ID that are not expired. Minors must have their own ID in which their last name or address match that of their guardian's ID.
